Appointments

Due to high demand and being a traveling lash artist, appointment availability is extremely limited. We always keep our calendar current and up to date on our social media in the highlight section. Availability goes as follows:

Miami: Friday - Sunday on a biweekly basis
Orlando: Tuesday - Thursday on a weekly basis
(Friday + Saturday available opposite of Miami days)
Dallas: One Sunday out of the month

Booking Fees

In order to book any appointment a booking fee is required and are non negotiable, and non-refundable. All of our appointment(s) require a 50% booking at the time of booking, and will be deducted from your total amount the day of your appointment. We do will allow a one-time transfer of the booking fee, only if the appointment is canceled within 72 hours from the scheduled service.

Arrivals

All of our services are crafted especially for you, so please arrive for all scheduled appointments with clean lashes and brows. However, if you choose not to, time from your appointment will be used for your cleaning, lessening your application time. Please avoid caffeine before your appointment as it may cause your eyelids to flutter or give you jitters, making ombré, threading, and lashing difficult. No extra guest including children are permitted, as they may be a safety hazard. Please avoid caffeine before your session as it’ll give you jitters, and cause the eyelids to flutter.

We recommend bringing headphones to listen to music, audiobooks, or podcasts to deepen your relaxation. Sleeping and snoring are welcome! When you arrive for your scheduled treatment, please send a text message checking in, and feel free to take a seat in the waiting area.

Late Arrivals

All appointments have been designed to allow the appropriate time for each service. Your late arrival will limit our ability to offer the best possible experience. If for some reason you think you’ll be more than 15 minutes late, give us a call and we can reschedule your appointment for a later date and time. Although being late is not ideal, if you’re running a little late but are still underneath the 15 minute we’ll still honor your appointment but only for the remainder of the scheduled appointment(s), and you will be responsible for payment for the full service.

Cancellations

Notifications are sent out 72 hours prior to your appointment, if you do not cancel your appointment within the notification period, your appointment will be considered confirmed. Any changes or cancellations made less than 72 hours to your scheduled appointment are subject to 100% charge of payment for the service. You will receive a text and email reminder 72 hours before all scheduled services to allowing you enough time to reschedule or cancel. In return, we promise to be on time for your appointment, give you our undivided attention, and without a doubt, the best lash work Miami, Orlando, and Dallas has to offer!

In Case of an Emergency

If you, or anyone in your household, is feeling even the tiniest bit under the weather please do not hesitate to call and reschedule your appointment! We understand we can't control the situation and we'll accommodate any inconvenience the best we can. If you arrive to your appointment ill, we'll have no choice but to send you home. Meaning you'll appointment will now be considered a late cancelation which will result in 100% of service(s) booked charged to the card on file. A one-time allowance for a last-minute cancellation or rescheduling will be permitted for sickness or family emergency. Our standard policy goes into effect after that cancellation and no show.

After Hours Appointment

We understand certain circumstances and seasons may leave you stressing to squeeze in a last-minute lash appointment outside of our normal business hours, we will do our best to work it out with you. We offer our after-hours appointments on a case by case basis, and they are an additional $50 fee. Please contact us directly to schedule your after-hours appointment!

Other Artists’ Work

At Facexcape, our top priority is your natural lash + brow health. We have high standards and have taken the best training and certifications to ensure the highest quality work when you seen at our salon(s). Unfortunately, due to the unregulated nature of eyelash extensions, and semi permanent make up many lash artists have not received proper training. For that reason, and to offer you the best possible service, we ask new clients who currently have extensions to schedule a “New Client” appointment. Since you are a new client, we may have to spend a little extra time reshaping, removing, and reapplying during your service. because another artist did not place them correctly.
